Employment Scenario
During this educational simulation, students analyze employment communications for an open position at a bank. From reviewing cover letters, resumes, and voicemail messages, students experience the selection process from an employer’s perspective. They decide which candidates to invite for an interview, practice an interview, support a hiring decision—and learn ways to present themselves in their own job search.
